Situated near the Tirthan valley, on one of its tributaries and in the eco zone of the Great Himalayan National Park, this place has much to offer. The valley has quite a reputation for trout fishing and you could try your hand at the beautiful sport of fly fishing. There are ample trails and treks for those with varying degree of enthusiasm and preparedness. We also have a ceramic art centre and are happy to help you get your hands dirty learning pottery. With over 200 species of birds here, Bird watching enthusiasts will find plenty to explore and document, with the brown dipper making a regular appearance and the lammergeier an occasional one.
For a While has two comfortable cottages surrounded by apple trees. The cottages have been made with local materials like pine wood, stone and slate. Both the floors of these double level cottages come with a bukhari to keep you warm and snug when the temperature dips. Large windows on all three sides offer you spectacular views of the valley. Each cottage can accommodate two adults and two children. The cottages have a sitting place and a small pantry at the ground level. The pantry, while not elaborate, is enough for that morning cup of tea or coffee that you'd like to enjoy in solitude.
